3. No Guarantee of Specific Results

While we use industry-standard strategies and best practices:

• We do not guarantee specific rankings on Google or any search engine.
• We do not guarantee specific traffic, leads, or revenue results.
• We do not guarantee removal of third-party content, including mugshots, where the publishing entity refuses removal.

Search engine algorithms, advertising platforms, and third-party publishers operate independently, and results depend on multiple external factors beyond our control.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Provide access to necessary digital assets (website, hosting, ad accounts, analytics, etc.)
• Respond to approval requests in a timely manner.
• Comply with all advertising platform policies and legal regulations.

Delays in communication or approvals may impact campaign timelines and performance.

5. Payments & Fees

• All service fees are outlined in individual agreements.
• Payments must be made as per the agreed schedule.
• Late payments may result in suspension of services.
• Ad spend (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) is separate from management fees unless otherwise stated.

Fees paid are non-refundable unless explicitly mentioned in writing.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed:

• Clients retain ownership of their brand assets.
• Content, strategies, frameworks, proprietary processes, and documentation created by Sage Titans remain the intellectual property of Sage Titans unless fully paid for and transferred in writing.
• Unauthorized reproduction or resale of our proprietary processes is prohibited.

7. Reputation Management & Mugshot Removal Disclaimer

Sage Titans provides suppression and reputation management strategies, which may include:

• Content publishing
• SEO-based suppression
• Legal outreach to publishers
• De-indexing assistance

However:

• We cannot guarantee removal of content controlled by third parties.
• We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice.
• Removal success depends on publisher policies and applicable laws.

Clients must ensure that the information they provide regarding cases, charges, or legal outcomes is truthful and accurate.

8. Advertising Platform Compliance

For Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other advertising services:

• Clients are responsible for complying with platform policies.
• Account suspensions due to client policy violations are not the responsibility of Sage Titans.
• We are not liable for account bans, disapprovals, or policy changes made by advertising platforms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sage Titans shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages.
• Loss of revenue, profit, or data.
• Search engine penalties caused by prior SEO practices.
• Third-party content publication or refusal to remove content.

Total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid to Sage Titans in the preceding three (3) months of service.

10. Confidentiality

We treat client data and campaign information as confidential and will not disclose sensitive business information without consent, except where required by law.

Clients agree not to disclose proprietary strategies or confidential documents shared by Sage Titans.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as per the signed agreement. Upon termination:

• Outstanding invoices become immediately due.
• Access to managed accounts may be revoked.
• Ongoing campaigns may be paused.

12. Website Usage

Users of www.sagetitans.com agree not to:

• Use the Website for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to servers or data.
• Copy, reproduce, or exploit Website content without permission.

We reserve the right to restrict access to any user violating these Terms.
